Can I purchase via this website?

This website is intended for selling directly to business customers ('B2B') and as such the terms and conditions are different than for consumer sales.


Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK and Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and the United States.

If you require delivery to another country and do not already have an account with us please get in touch and we can proceed on a case by case basis.


How long does delivery take?

Generally we use 'Next Day' services in the UK, although some areas may take longer, such as the Highlands and Islands.

Standard delivery for Northern Ireland and the Republic is approximately 2 days.

Mainland Europe generally 3 to 5 days, depending upon location.


What are the different ways I can pay for items?

We accept Credit & Debit cards via the PayPal payment gateway.

Bank transfer by arrangement only, goods shipped upon receipt of cleared funds in full.

What is your return policy for faulty/damaged goods or the wrong item sent?

We make every effort to ensure you receive goods of the highest quality. If you receive a faulty/damaged item or something you did not order, please contact the Spares Department Customer Service.

If customer received faulty part , we will supply a replacement under warranty upon receipt of the faulty item, subject to inspection of warranty sticker
Full credit would be applied .If
customer received faulty part , he can ask for replacement under warranty as long as the warranty sticker is not void and its not more than 3 months. Full credit would be applied
